Heritage Conservator
We are seeking an experienced heritage conservator to join our team in leading and supervising conservation works on historic buildings and structures. This role involves ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with current standards and legal requirements while safeguarding cultural heritage.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out conservation and restoration activities in compliance with conservation requirements and legal regulations
- Supervising construction work on historic properties and ensuring adherence to heritage protection standards
- Collaborating with construction teams and other Experts involved in monument renovation and conservation
- Preparation of condition assessments and conservation programmes, including the planning, scheduling and documentation of conservation works
- Producing conservation documentation (reports, conservation plans, photographic records)
- Performing technical inspections and surveys of heritage sites and deciding on necessary repairs and interventions
- Liaising with institutions responsible for cultural heritage protection as well as project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heritage conservation or related fields such as historic architecture or structural engineering
- Experience in supervising construction works on historic buildings and working with construction teams and familiarity with heritage protection and building regulations
- University degree in conservation, art history, architecture or a related discipline
- Driving licence (category B)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to resolve technical and organisational challenges

Junior Legal and Administrative Specialist
We are looking for a junior specialist to support our legal department with the analysis of contracts, funding applications and tender documentation related to our conservation and construction activities.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting bids for tender procedures and other public procurement opportunities
- Reviewing documentation (including contracts) for compliance with legal and formal requirements
- Tailoring bids to meet all formal stipulations
- Assisting in drafting applications for grants related to conservation, restoration, and construction works
- Compiling and maintaining grant application documentation
- Managing the settlement of successfully awarded grants
- Administering contracts and staff-related documents
- Supporting the legal department in day-to-day tasks
- Collaborating with other departments and reporting to the department manager
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in law or administration)
- Experience in administrative, legal-administrative, office, procurement, tenders, or document management roles is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word (knowledge of additional tools would be a plus)
- Availability to start within one month
